I was called for a screening, and they were extremely polite and invited me to a follow-up interview in person.
During the interview, they asked questions about my experiences and passions. They explicitly stated that I met all criteria, and sent me off with a positive impression.
One week later, I received a call rejecting me based on not meeting criteria. When I asked which, they listed items that I had demonstrable experience in (certificates for upskilling, a course in my degree) and experience that was described.

Great interview, easy questions with alot of personality questions but did not get an offer due to my nature as someone who likes to do different tasks. Would definitely recommend to people who have admin experience
