oOh!media interview questions

I was called for a screening, and they were extremely polite and invited me to a follow-up interview in person. During the interview, they asked questions about my experiences and passions. They explicitly stated that I met all criteria, and sent me off with a positive impression. One week later, I received a call rejecting me based on not meeting criteria. When I asked which, they listed items that I had demonstrable experience in (certificates for upskilling, a course in my degree) and experience that was described.
