It was decent experience, interview mostly related to my prior experience, some case based questions. They have also what i know about the ninjacart, their business model. They also asked me about the competitors in the segment

why do you want to join ninja cart as a growth manager?
Had a telephonic discussion and then a videocall (Covid related constraint). The first discussion was with a finance person and the second was with a senior manager. The finance person gave an overview of the business and what they were looking for in the growth manager role. The senior manager asked questions more about background, career choices etc.

Interview
Very unstructured. Had one round with the COO. Then a round with the CFO which went incomplete. Tried multiple times to reschedule but was unsuccessful. HR and CFO was unresponsive post that.
