Normal basic questionnaire was provided, which I answered in an hour. Then their senior most developer took face-to-face interview, which also went well not much technical now as I was also applied for a parallel role. Then the owner reviewing my the then current salary said that they won't be able to pay the current salary I was getting!

They called me for an interview at their office. Everyone was very friendy and nice. They tried to make me comfortable and kept discussing things and problems, rather than asking heavy questions.
