Easy quick phone conversation with the recruiter that felt like it was going to result in another interview with the hiring manager. Was told by email they wouldn’t be selecting me as a candidate a week later.

Interviewed through a recruiter. First two interviews were quick. Teams interview with the hiring manager was very short and rushed. I wasn't able to ask any questions. Then afterwards, 3+ weeks with no response of any kind. After I put time and effort into this interview, I felt it was very unprofessional and rude for them to not respond to a mid-senior level role's candidate. After a good start to the process, I felt very disappointed on how Nvent handled this hiring process. This is how a lot of companies handles the hiring process but I was expecting better from a global company.
