The interview process at nDreams began with a video call with HR, where we discussed my qualifications and experience in relation to the IT Manager position. Unfortunately, the entire process took several weeks, which added to the anticipation and left me feeling a bit uncertain about the outcome. During the call, I felt that the HR representative seemed somewhat uninterested in the conversation, which was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort I invested in preparing for the role. The interview did not feel as engaging or thorough as I had hoped, and I was left feeling that there was a lack of connection or enthusiasm from their side. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I received a rejection, which was especially disheartening after such a prolonged process. Given the circumstances, I felt that the outcome could have been handled with more transparency and professionalism. Overall, while I was hopeful about the opportunity, the experience left me frustrated and disappointed.
