Interview
Worst process. Initially applied in September 2025 and didn't hear from them until late April. Scheduled an HR call, promised a quick timeline and to have all interviews scheduled. Given Data Science take-home which was completed. Completely ghosted after that. Had to follow up and then received a generic rejection. Honestly just seemed like they wanted free work at a certain point. Have some respect next time and communicate if you just want free labor :)

5 total rounds over a three month time period + a take home exercise that took 8+ hours. No offer, no feedback. I would avoid this place due to the unnecessarily long interview process. One of the 5 rounds consisted of only 2 very junior employees with combined < 3 years of exp. They ask for free work and will waste your time.

1. Tell me about a recent data science project you worked on.
2. Why are you interested in n1health?
The process was a waste of time. After a short HR call, I was given a complex data project using two messy datasets with 40–60 fields each and told to build insights and visualizations in under 4 hours (it took longer). They promised I’d present my work to the team but never followed through—instead sending a generic rejection email without even using my name. They expect you to commit hours of work but won’t spend a few minutes to let you present. No contact with the actual team. Totally disrespectful of candidates’ time.
