      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at mytheresa.com (Munich, Bavaria) in Nov 2016

      Interview

I applied online by sending by sending my CV. Then they sent me a test to write three descriptions of products in French, After this I was selected for a skype interview. It lasted around 20 minutes where I explained my experience and my skills for writing in french. They emailed me that they were impressed with my profile and flew me to the offices in Munich for a live interview. Then once there, I was interviewed for a position to write in ARABIC! I WAS SHOCKED, literally. It was the same woman who interviewed me on Skype and yet she asked me again: "Oh, to which position you applied, not the arabic one? Sorry but the French has been filled already." It was an obvious trap to get me to work in a position I didn't want. This is the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. But just to add to the ridiculous HR management, they e-mailed me first a date of interview on a Saturday, and realised a week later that the offices will be closed on Saturday. Then they e-mail me wanting to postpone the interview date for A MONTH later, because they forgot the director will be on holidays. Then I was refused the online editor in arabic which I never applied for. LOL.

      Interview

Two-round interview, with HR and then department leaders, who are friendly and nice, they have enough patience, politeness and respect. The whole process is effective and smooth. Also the questions they asked and the answers shows professionalism.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at mytheresa.com (Munich, Bavaria) in Feb 2016

      Interview

I applied online and after about 2 weeks was asked to to perform a writing test. Around 2 weeks after I submitted, I was asked to come in person to an interview in Munich. The interview was a bit disorganized, but overall I was asked very standard questions about past experience, my expectations, etc. First, I was interviewed by someone in HR who didn't seem very prepared with questions. Then, I was interviewed by the manager of the department who asked almost identical questions to the previous interviewer. In general though, the interview wasn't too difficult or stressful. I can't recommend this interview experience, however, because when I was sent the interview invitation, I was promised in writing that I would be reimbursed for my transportation costs. Going from Frankfurt to Munich and back is quite expensive, and I wouldn't have otherwise undertaken the expense if I wasn't specifically promised reimbursement. I emailed my HR contact a few times but never received any response which really irritated me. In my opinion, this is a very unethical thing to do to job seekers.
