Got contacted directly from MThree Consulting. The process began with a very short and simple codility test. Extremely basic programming related questions including a single SQL query.
After that got invited to an interview at London. Everyone was very welcoming and were keen to provide me with information as much as they were curious about me.
Brush up on some OOP concepts and you'll do fine.

Interview
Two phone call interviews (CV/ general interview questions) followed by two Skype interview one technical (coding and other developer related questions) and one more in-depth personality and employment history. two weeks of background checks and contract details.
