      Communications Specialist Interview

      24 Jun 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at me too in Apr 2021

      Interview

The screening interview was pretty standard. They asked general questions that you've probably been asked in numerous other job interviews. I didn't get a job offer, which I was fine with because I probably would have turned down the offer if I had received it. My negative rating is solely due to the fact that me too ghosts interview candidates they don't move forward with, which is extremely unprofessional and makes me especially glad that I do not work for them. If someone takes time out of their day, especially if they are taking time out of their work day at their current job, to interview with you, the very least you can do is let them know they didn't get the position. me too never responded to my thank you email, never responded to my follow up email, and never let me know the status of my candidacy or that I did not get the job. The only way I know I didn't get the job is because they've since added the person who did get it to the staff section of their website. Hiring managers at all organizations, please learn that your candidates' time is just as valuable as your own time.
