iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Pretty average interview. I had about two with basic questions prior to receiving the job. There was a group interview, and then I got the one on one interview with the store manager. Your whole interview process and job really is determined by the people you work with in terms of how enjoyable it will be.

What was a time where you made a mistake and how did you ounce back from this?
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
