Long and difficult. They make it complicated just for the sake of it and it just doesnt make sense. It seems they want to.prove they are a big company and only hire the smartest

Brought me up HQ and had me meet with about 10 different people. Got to experience the culture and understand more about their goals. Really nice people. I was hoping i'd get to join a group workout or yoga, but wasnt invited to join.
