I applied online and was contacted within several weeks for a group Zoom interview. The interview was about 1 hour long with 6-8 other candidates. Questions they asked were expected such as describing the best and worst customer experience you've had and how you would get through a task that wasn't 'fun'.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
