Very straightforward interview process. I was really impressed with the empathy and transparency through the entirety of the process. Everyone I interviewed with was so personable and enjoyable to talk with.
Applied for a position. Recruiter reached out about scheduling a call. Never showed up and ignored all follow up emails. Would have appreciated a follow up at the least instead of completely ghosting.
3 rounds of interview, 2 technical 1 managerial followed by HR. Questions asked were based on the tech stack I had used in my projects. Overall easy interviews but offered me less than my current pay.
