I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Carlsbad, CA) in Sept 2014
Interview
Group interview, but I was the only one who showed up. There was to be atleast 15 people in the group, and we were all told to prepare for the interview by teaching something to the group. It could be anything. I heard about other interviews where people taught others how to stand up on a surfboard, how to do a yoga pose.
