Fairly simple process, the group interview was relaxed and informal. The interviewer seemed very concerned with finding someone who fit the lululemon image/brand, the questions were focused on personality and lifestyle and seemed to try to weed out applicants who were familiar with the lifestyle that lulu promotes. Definitely looking for a certain type of person.
