The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.

Easy and everyone was really nice, mostly group interviews and each week was a new member of management interviewing. Total process took about 3 weeks including drug test. Transferring is also easy once you are in the company.

Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
