I had a very chill, fun, but still professional interview with two store managers and two assistant managers. They really made it a conversation rather than a test, ya know?

The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.

Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
