I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2020
Interview
Very odd. They wanted a Workday Program Manager. I have a wealth of experience and talked a lot about it. Afterwards they said "this person focuses too much on Workday and not enough on Program Management". Very odd. Interview was with senior people (VP HR and IT Director)
