I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Melbourne) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very casual. Store manager and key leader interviewed the group. We did a group activity 'mock up situation' all in a boat with 10 celebrities and can only keep 5 on the boat, who and why? Also sat in a circle and answered questions. Went for an hour. Still waiting to see if successful to next round.
