iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Applied online and then MUCH later (3 weeks, maybe more) got an email inviting me to a group interview. It was really chill and we only got through a few questions as there were so many interviewees - basically introduced ourselves and our hobbies/involvement in fitness, then talked a little bit about our experience and strengths. A week later I got a email congratulating me on the job - no second interview or follow-up- very chill process and great environment!

Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
