The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.

Applied online to a couple of locations.Was called in for a group interview, then I was emailed on the same day for my second interview. Was emailed on the same day of second interview for background check. Still waiting for them to make finale decisions.
