I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Bellevue, WA) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online and answered all the 11 questions. Answering those questions can be time consuming but it was worthwhile and it was fun to answer.
After submitting the initial application, the process was quick. It took about a week for them to contact me for the first group interview. Two store managers interviewed us on that day, we were a big group (about 10 candidates) but it only took us about 30 -40 minutes to finish up. They asked us appr. 10 questions: favorite way to sweat, why lululemon?, what do you think is the best experience working at Lululemon and what scares you the most?, what are your strengths?, what are your goals?... Our interview was on a Tuesday and I received an email for a second interview on Friday.
Second interview was of a smaller group: it was me, another candidate and the store manager. The interview questions were deeper than the first interview, so the manager could get to know us more. There were 5 questions asked and it went by really quick (took us about 20 minutes). Interview was on a Tuesday and I got an email on Friday telling me the position is currently not available.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
