I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Winnipeg, MB) in Apr 2016
Interview
Group interview in an informal setting (Starbucks). Two facilitators from the store met a group of interviewees and we sat in a circle and began the interview. Everyone was dressed in casual, comfortable/athletic attire. The individuals who hosted the interview were very friendly, and the conversation flowed easily. It was difficult to make your voice heard in a group interview without seeming too pushy or perhaps too reserved. I found establishing this balance most difficult, as questions were directed to the entire group, and no one was called upon in specific to answer.
