I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
I was recommended, so I was able to skip the group interview and move on to the one-on-one interview with the assistant manager. It was extremely relaxed (didn't really FEEL like an interview). From there, I was contacted by the manager within the next two days to do a "sweat date" with her and a key leader. We went to a yoga class (which was actually pretty intense, but even if you are a beginner in yoga you will be fine) and we talked after. Still very relaxed, talked more about the actual position and about the company. Overall was a great experience.

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
