I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interviews were sort of fun in my opinion, but DEFINITELY took some time. The first interview is a group interview, for my group there were about 7 of us plus the Key Leader and a Manager. It was really fun getting to sit together and talk so that was very relaxed. Second interview was with the assistant manager- one on one. Very relaxed and easy. The third interview was with the main manager- again very relaxed. But before the third interview, they also make you do a "sweat session" where you go to a workout class with a current employee and sweat with them.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
