I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at lululemon (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied through the website online and got an email about 5 days later late at night asking me to come early the next morning for a group interview. I had read all the reviews on glassdoor and other outlets that described the process so I kind of knew what was expected (confidence, friendliness, goals, etc). I showed up I think 10 minutes early and waited outside because the interview was before the store even opened. I began making small talk with a girl who was there before me and those who straggled behind me. The interviewers were late but only about 10 minutes. We all walked in and sat on yoga mats in the middle of the store. At the end, they told us they'd contact us soon if we got the job. I still haven't received a notice so I guess I didn't get it. Not that I think I am the greatest person in the world but I have a lot of work experience and my answers were clear, cohesive, and intelligent compared to the disaster of the other half of the group. I really do not usually think I am that qualified for a lot of things but compared to how the majority of my group answered questions and conducted themselves, I was truly surprised I didn't get an offer. I guess what others say is true: if you have a connection or a boy part (3 dudes in my group), you can say whatever you want and still get the job.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
