Group panel interview that was not disclosed until the interview started. It was very awkward and everyone was surprised that it was a large group discussion type setting. The interviewer seemed like they were forced to be there and the energy of the call was pretty bland.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
