So far I have completed 1 of the 2 interviews in the process. My first interview was with the store and assistant managers. The assistant manager asked the questions and the senior manager asked clarifying questions.

Why do you want to be a Visual Merchandising Specialist and what skills do you possess that will help you do well in this role?
Describe a time when you had a challenge with a colleague and how did you navigate that experience?

Interview
1. Applied online.
2. Received an email with description of availability requirements and a form to fill in showing what hours I have available.
3. Interviewed with two assistant managers.
4. Interviewed with the third assistant manager and the store manager.
5. Was told I would hear back by a certain Friday, I didn't hear back, I emailed the thread of managers asking for an update, didn't receive a personal message back but then got the stock rejection email from the ATS.

Interview
The interview took place over zoom. It was a group interview. One other candidate interviewed with me. 2 store managers were present, one was taking notes while the other conducted the interview.
