launch180 Graduate Trainee interview questions

Weird process Had to sit through a one-way webminar, no interaction. Had to answer a google form style survey afterwards. Then in the next round, the interviewer spent most of the time repeating on the webinar's content, reading off the same script probably. Again not much time for questions from me. The final round is the most weird. Very short interview, had a few minutes chat and then I had to answer another google form survey again, this time with 15-20 questions, almost all long form answers required. I tried to ask questions about the life in the company and expectations, the interviewer gave very vague answers or just repeated the webminar points once again, felt like he was trying to avoid them. Full of red flags in my mind at that point.
