HR mentioned there will 3 rounds. She scheduled the L1 at 11 PM IST as the panel resides in USA - it shows how much considerate they are for you. They scheduled L1 with Sr. VP for 15 mins. How can someone evaluate a candidate with 17 yrs of experience in 15 mins in L1? The panel checked my overall experience and would pose a technical question and would continue with his work on PC (as he was using dual screen) and kept chewing something maybe he just came back from lunch. I kept answering them one by one, but I felt he seem to be more interested in his personal work on the other screen rather than focusing on the candidate. At the 16th minute, the panel says we are past our scheduled time. So basically you are scheduling a interview at night 11 PM for 15 mins and you are not focused even for those 15 mins? The company's size is small but attitude is very big. Beware.

Very fastest interview process ever in the world🙂. But final round took 2 weeks time, because they found an immediate joiner, HR told. Cleared all the 3 rounds and final round was with COO (sleepy head). I can able understand his motto of interview was just a name sake (he is yawning in between even though it's a 10 mins round). Beware of this company, don't believe HR words
