I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at kikki.K (Melbourne) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview is a group interview with 8-10 other people and 2 interviewers, it is pretty easy and relaxed compared to other group interviews. Group activities and an individual activity at the end where you have to 'sell them a product.'
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at kikki.K (Canberra) in Oct 2023
Interview
Invite to a group interview of about 20-30 other candidates and given 30 seconds to 2 minutes to answer questions. The interviewers were friendly and transparent about being tired from interviewing so many candidates however I felt the process was ineffective and impotent for all parties

Very chill and the hiring managers are very nice.
I didn't get an offer and sent an email to HR asking for constructive feedback. The HR team replied within a day!

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at kikki.K (Sydney) in Oct 2020
Interview
An online group interview with 15-16 other people. It was pretty relaxed, and the interviewer was nice.
Wouldn't say the same for the overall hiring process through. A rejection email (even a generic email would have been nice) isn't hard to write. I would rather get that sort of email than see the "Position filled" status on my application without even getting a rejection email of sorts. It feels like the company doesn't value people's time, which is a big shame.
