The general answer to all of the above is that we have a diverse group of women working for Joanna Vargas Skin Care. The two salon managers are women of color but we also have women with different levels of experience, education and denominations. Our interview process is fairly simple but we can always be better at whatever we do. The facts are that we are a growing brand and have much to learn so we are appreciate this opportunity to learn and to word our questions in such a way that shows we are sensitive to the concerns of others.
