Live coding with CTO and Team Lead The entire interview process is riddled with gotcha questions rather than a straightforward assessment of your skills and your experience. Steps 1, 2 and 3 were pretty straightforward. The coding test is Leetcode easy questions, but code review has some gotcha issues. The "technical discussion" was more of a Ruby and OO design trivia quiz rather than a discussion of previous projects and their architecture that I was expecting. The live coding was one big gotcha that was presented as having a very narrow scope. I solved the original problem, but couldn't come up with a solution for the follow-up. After the last round, the company simply ghosted me without any update or feedback.
