I was asked to complete assessment by nice email, with very kind and polite words. After completing all 5 tasks, I submitted it and also add following email noticing that I completed tasks, and would like to have some feedback. It has been already 2 weeks, and no feedback. You should provide at least something, even that I'm not fit for your position with any note in it. But silence after the first nice and polite email makes it confusing, cause you are doing bad impression on the candidate.
