Waste of time. I had three interviews here - with the final one being an in person interview near Shepherds Bush which included a 20 minute presentation. I received no feedback after chasing multiple times, only to find they’ve reposted the same role again. Innocent do better!

Present an end to end process for achieving European alignment and developing high quality comms for innocent.
Call followed by an in person interview. Found them quite old school and experience was similar to interviewing at a large corporate FMCG company (which they are but obviously claim to be different in terms of culture and that did not come across at all).

Poor interview process. Had to chase post interview to ask for a follow up and received a very unprofessional email back. Not a good experience and didn’t leave me feeling that it would be a good place to work.
