the upper management is clueless of what they are doing. Strong Chinese culture background. Micro controlling. Demanding. Nice working environment. High pressure. Weak product presenting. Weak support. Good benefits though.

Question 1
Are you confortable with working with cross boarder team
The interviewers were entry level managers in my option. They spoke some English and more importantly seemed confused when discussing details. They did not understand their own business. They were in a shared office building.
I first interviewed with HR over the phone.
Then came in for an in person interview.
After interviewing I received a call back within two weeks. The process was very easy.
