I was approached via LinkedIn by their awesome recruiter. I realized that the company was exactly what I was looking for, in company culture, position expectations, and growth opportunities, so I responded with my information. She emailed me quickly after, asking to schedule a 30 minute phone call. I took the call on my lunch break, and she was very pleasant and informative. At the end of the interview, she asked if I could come in two days later for an in-person interview with other SDRs.
During my first interview with two SDRs, I was able to ask questions of the culture and position. I learned that the two I met with had advanced in their ~8 months with the company, which showed that this was somewhere I could see myself growing. They were professional, welcoming, fun, and earnest in their demeanor. The interview lasted about half an hour.
A week after thanking all involved in the process, I was invited to come in and meet with the CEO 6 days later. She is an inspirational badass of a CEO, and I was grateful that they care enough about their company culture that she takes time to meet all hires, in person or via skype. The interview took about half an hour, with Jessica and their head of HR. Again, it was very professional and serious, but earnest and I felt positive vibes through the process.
I was offered a position the next day, and was grateful for the amazing treatment I received and the speed of the whole process. The recruiter was happy to answer all my questions before accepting the position- they're very personable.
