I applied online. I interviewed at iflix (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
Recruitment lead promised to get back after one week after the phone interview. And the recruitment team and him just gone silent with no rejection email or call at all!! I'll considered this is rude as you've promised to get back to your interviewed candidate. If you cant fulfill the promise due to sky high job application volume, dont ever promise! In my believe and experiences across the industries, recruitment team is ALWAYS the frontline team which carries company brand and image. Many potential candidates turn down interviews just because of their arrongont-sound recruiters. What a pity!
On this company webpage, if you analyse it thoroughly, it is ALL about them. Less about what they can develop their employees in career term. It's about what people can bring for them to their table instead. A careful research before applying to a company is significant. Company's webpage tells a ton of stories if it is worth joining. And of course, Glassdoor is perfect platform to voice the truth.
At very initial screening stage, it reveals all the ugly facts. High attrition rate in this company? No doubts at all! Best of luck!
First is Human Resource interview via online. After around 1 week, I was invited for first user interview that is conducted offline at the office. After that the interview process is completed.
