Interviewer asked me if I had time to chat the day after she had contacted me. I said I was available and then she never responded again. I thought it was very rude. I thought was ironic considering they heavily pride themselves on how well they hire people and what a great place it is to work.

Interview process was fantastic, from the initial Zoom meetings to the all-day, virtual "day at the office." I found everyone to be welcoming and relaxed but still very serious about their work. They answered my questions and took time out of their day to meet with me and just get to know me a bit more.

There were many broad questions that all made sense to me; no curveballs or "gotcha!" type of questions to put me on the spot just for the sake of... putting me on the spot.

Interview process moved very quickly and was painless. After your initial interview, there is an assessment but the instructions are clear. Everyone is very transparent about what to expect in the position and what they are looking for in an employee/teammate!
