It was more of a q&a. The interviewer was lovely and very informative, going over in detail the shifts, how training works, what equipment is provided, and steps moving forward.
Unfortunately, the assessment is what ruined my chances of landing the position. Admittedly, i am not good with tests. There was one before and one after. And after the second one. They rejected me.
So if you do get an interview, keep applying to jobs as the role will all be based off your assessment and not your experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at icuc.social (New York, NY)
Interview
The process is automated. They use a software where you record yourself and answer their questions. The problem is not the process it self. It's actually the unprofessionalism of the company. There's no telling about what type of person they are looking for and you waste your time going through their process to find out that you're not worthy of even getting an email back from them. Also the main person who conducted the interview kept on blowing up my inbox with pointless messages about when I would be able to start, etc. But after interviewing they just disappeared and I never heard back from them. Not even a thank you for interviewing and for my time. If you get selected to interview at this company I wouldn't go out the way to make time for the process if you have something better to do. You could be the most qualified person for their $10 dollars an hour position and they just won't even bother emailing you back after you spent hours getting ready, buying a new shirt, rehearsing, etc. If I was to do this again I would just do the interview from my phone while I'm driving in a T shirt and don't think twice about it.
