I was contacted via linkedin from iBorn HR (after i have posted that i am open to work). I was contacted by iBorn’s HR team through LinkedIn after indicating that I was open to new opportunities. The initial HR interview was straightforward and positive, focusing mainly on general background and experience. I was informed that feedback or next steps would follow within a week. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication afterward. While the interaction was polite and professional, the lack of response after the interview left a slightly negative impression about the recruitment process and communication consistency.
