I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at iborn.net (Skopje) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was contacted via linkedin from iBorn HR (after i have posted that i am open to work).
I was contacted by iBorn’s HR team through LinkedIn after indicating that I was open to new opportunities. The initial HR interview was straightforward and positive, focusing mainly on general background and experience. I was informed that feedback or next steps would follow within a week. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication afterward. While the interaction was polite and professional, the lack of response after the interview left a slightly negative impression about the recruitment process and communication consistency.
Pros:
- Friendly and professional HR communication during the interview
- Smooth scheduling and pleasant conversation
Cons:
- No feedback or follow-up after the interview despite being told to expect one
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iborn.net (Skopje) in Jul 2025
Interview
This is a typical Balkan company that tries a bit too hard to present itself as a modern, international player — but the reality behind the polished image is disappointing. Beneath the surface-level friendliness lies a lack of competence and real experience. The overall level — from organizational standards to employee treatment — is quite low. Salaries are below industry average, and opportunities for growth or meaningful learning are limited. I wouldn't recommend this company to professionals seeking serious development or fair compensation.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
HR asked leading questions that were impossible to answer “correctly” — no matter what you say, it feels like the wrong answer. It came off as a power play rather than a genuine effort to understand candidates. That experience alone gave me the sense that the culture is more about appearances than substance.
The first and only interview was very straightforward and relaxed, but I never got a response on whether we would continue forward or not. Some more info on benefits and requirements for the job would be better.
