During the interview they make you feel as though everything is perfect. Only when you get inside and realize Management is poor. They don't care about lower staff. Depending on which campaign you work for your salary can be a lumpsum with lots of overtime. They do have lots of room for moving up the ladder. But as I said, the Management is Poor.

Manager asked me about my background and if I am willing to be on the phone. The interview process was very short and easy. Other jobs I have had in the past was much more gruesome and nerve wrecking. Any one who has an interview will most likely get hired. Just saying.

I walked in about 15 minutes early, took a short typing test to verify that I was above 25 WPM with 90% accuracy (which is their basic requirement), then sat down in a room for a one-on-one interview where they asked very simple questions.
