Interview
I had an interview this morning with a male & female. The female appears to be from Africa, from the sound of her voice and she spoke to me in French; because she did not believe I spoke some French. The female interviewer was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL; as I was explaining the previous role and explaining that it was indeed customer service, she kept stating that it was not and started to laugh. Who does that during an interview. She made me extremely uncomfortable. She also kept asking why I work short periods for the same companies at different times; I explained I am independent and worked temporary assignments as needed. She went on to say how long she been there and said I wouldn’t be there long; i am not sure how she came to that conclusion! She walked out the interview and walked back into it, stated I would hear from her by the end to today, less than a hour later I received the we have decided not to select you email. I felt from her vibes that she was not going to give me the job. Why waste my time and gas!?! The guy that was in the interview was mostly quiet and nice!

I found the job on the Linked In website. I was called by a recruiter for a phone interview. Once I passed that I was called in for a face to face interview and a typing test. Afterwards I was told that I received the job and pending a drug test.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iQor (New Albany, OH) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process with Iqor holdings was simple and easy for the most part. They were more concerned about individual qualities than past work and education experiences. I did meet with Iqor multiple times over the whole process, one interview was conducted with someone in human resources then another was done with the hiring manager in the department I applied for.
