iPlace Associate Recruiter interview questions

Very easy. Normal conversation. The interviewer just wanted to know how comfortable you are with conversing. That's the majority part of the job. Being able to speak freely and fluently.

The interview process was smoothly conducted with 1 technical cum managerial round and 1 HR round of interview. I could not attend a F2F interview with this company hence they arranged a skype interview for me. The interview lasted for approx 45 mins where the manager asked me various questions ranging from my background, why I wanted to join recruiting etc.
