iOttie interview questions

Phone then on-site interview. First round with accounting manager and second with the CFO. Excel test during the first round with the acct manager and did not do so well. Second round with the CFO and I was asked my visa status. Saying “Do you in the world know how much money we need to spend to sponsor your visa?” (The tone sounded very negative). I still do not understand why the CFO asked that question when I already mentioned the need of visa sponsorship in my initial application and during the first round interview. Very unpleasant experience.
