I applied through university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at iNTERFACEWARE (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2013
Interview
I was referred through a professor at my college. I spoke on the phone with someone and was given a small programming challenge. They also gave me a very difficult challenge if I wanted. They were very interested in me and seeing what I could do. I came in a week later for the interview. I succeeded at both challenges so they were satisfied with my abilities. We spent the rest of the time discussing the company and it's culture. They showed me what they were currently working on.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They prefer to give programming challenges and then some time to see what the applicant does. This is perfect for me since it lets me show what I can really do and not worry about blowing the interview.
