iMocha Project Manager/Business Analyst interview questions

Waited about an hour for the interview which is not the worst part. The interviewer was not bother to ask about my job scope but more interested to know how is the team structure of your previous/current company and give negative comment about it. This is totally unprofessional way to conduct an interview !
