The process took 6 days. I interviewed at iMethods (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
The process your company conducted was one of the poorest experiences I’ve ever had. I never had any company do bottom to top screening asking about high school. Which would be 20 years ago. Nothing on work experience. which never works well and leadership won’t even conduct interviews base on a description. That’s not what gives a larger dynamic outlook of how individuals are. It’s just pure utter laziness from leadership to not even listen to people on zoom or face to face. I hope this feedback gives your a company a different outlook on putting more effort on candidates. I’ll share this on Glassdoor so people are aware. It’s nothing to do with you but the lack of communication with how they want to hire people. Coming from a staffing industry myself. I would stay away from this company base on this profile just alone.
Long interview process, but that's because they care about who they hire! They treat their staff like family and will pour into their own employees like no other company. Definetly worth the long process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you like to do in your personal time? How are you outside of work?
Long and drawn out- took almost 2 months to get through step 10 . Eleven steps in total, 3 in person interviews, shadow day. Was not fully transparent about expectations from beginning.
