Very quick overall process, took 2 days from start to finish. Felt like a casual conversation, the hiring manager was very laid back. After our 30 min discussion, I was given a tour then allowed to sit and shadow another employee. I was given the opportunity to try hands on with working an account. It was considered a "working interview" to also provide the opportunity for me to see if I would be comfortable with the job description.
