Two video conference interviews. First with regional manager, the second with the regional manager and territory manager. They ask many situation questions to see how you will manage the camp environment.

What would you do if you found out one of staff had alcohol in their room while at camp?

Interview
Applied online and was reached out to within a few days. Had a 30 min phone screen with one of the Regional Managers. Covered basics about myself, my qualifications, and why I wanted the position. After phone screen, a 2 hour interview with the previous Regional Manager and their boss via video chat took place. The 2 hour interview went more in depth, and largely consisted of questions pertaining to the specifics of daily activities with the company and some worst case scenarios.

Interview
Online questionnaire followed by video conference interview with 2 managers. They asked lots of behavioral questions, the total interview lasted about half an hour. I got an offer within the next week and accepted soon after that.

Interview
Video call interview on Google Hangout with a hiring manager and a territory manager. They tried to keep it light yet professional- kind of like camp. Mostly asked about my strengths and what I would bring to the position. I got the feeling they wanted to know that I could balance the fun camp atmosphere with the professional responsibilities of managing a staff. They asked some hypothetical about what I would do in certain situations.
